Refund Policy
Our refund policy
If there is any written contract between us and the customer then the refund is dependent on those conditions.
In absence of any written contract our refund policy:
1. All consultation fees are non refundable
2. Project advances:- Any work is done by us for customer warrant a deduction from any amount paid to us as advance
Control is with the user
At any point if you are not pleased by the work done by us you can ask for project termination and ask for a refund. Refund is subjected to deduction for already done work and any money spent by us on your behalf.
